I have been having hand therapy for nearly a year, [name removed] was excellent, so patient with me and did not want to give up until we saw good results, the whole experience has been fantastic.

I found the 1.5 year wait for the service referred for an ADHD diagnosis painful. I was in a very bad way mentally alongside my menopause impacting my life negatively.
When I was able to access the service I found all the staff really helpful and very supportive from the admin team to, my assessor and medication dispensing.
My diagnosis and subsequent medication has truly changed my life. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
The waiting for a diagnosis is too long (as you're aware). Patients are already experiencing difficulty in their life and are in desperate need of support, so to have to wait over 2 years to get an appointment for a diagnosis is terrible and life threatening.

All dealings with NHS regarding my injury have been done with compassion, care, understanding, diligence by highly skilled and knowledgeable staff. Every appointment had been delivered on time. Every interaction has been perfect. No complaints at all.

I cannot imagine what would of happened to me. I never knew about mental illness or psychosis. I feel so reassured I will be able to live my life.
